Lupin Protein Porridge
Lupin Protein Porridge (V)
Prep time 2 mins. Makes one serving.
- 2 tbsp lupin flake
- 3 tbsp rolled oats 175ml milk or water 1 tbsp honey or golden syrup ( or ½ tbsp sugar)
- 3 tbsp Greek yoghurt (optional)
- Place lupin flakes and oats in bowl and mix, add milk or water and microwave for two minutes. (Cat E min 800w)
- Once cooked stir and add choice of sweetener and extra milk or water if required for desired consistency.
- Top with Greek yoghurt. Enjoy!
