Lupin & Chia Porridge

per serve: Calories 250, Protein 20g, Fat 10g, Carbs 21g, Fibre 14g


  • 2 tbsp lupin flake (20g)
  • 1½ tbsp chia (15g)
  • 1½ tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ¼ tsp vanilla essence
  • 150ml milk of choice (or water)


  • Place all ingredients into bowl, mix and microwave for two minutes.
  • Stirring every 30 seconds for a smooth creamy consistency
  • Once cooked stir and add extra milk if necessary for desired consistency.
  • Let stand for 2 minutes.

Serve with 2 tbsp of yoghurt & 1/3 of cup of blueberries
