Lupin & Chia Porridge
Prep time 2 mins. Makes one serving. (GF) (V)
per serve: Calories 250, Protein 20g, Fat 10g, Carbs 21g, Fibre 14g
- 2 tbsp lupin flake (20g)
- 1½ tbsp chia (15g)
- 1½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- ¼ tsp vanilla essence
- 150ml milk of choice (or water)
- Place all ingredients into bowl, mix and microwave for two minutes.
- Stirring every 30 seconds for a smooth creamy consistency
- Once cooked stir and add extra milk if necessary for desired consistency.
- Let stand for 2 minutes.
Serve with 2 tbsp of yoghurt & 1/3 of cup of blueberries
